Senior Project Manager (composite developments) – large property developer 

A large property developer requires a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and quality control of sizeable composite developments.

Responsibilities: 

- Overseeing the fit out projects from inception right through to completion.

- Maintaining the company’s high standards ensuring zero defects. 

Essential skills/experience: 

-  To be suitable for this role the applicant should have 10 years of local experience in handling sizeable property development projects with property developers or consultant firms and liaison with Government Authorities.

- Must have uncompromising integrity with good supervisory skills to coordinate the work and communicate with all personnel, project consultants and contractors.

-  It is critical that the person has a high attention to detail and is able to ensure processes are completed thoroughly and accurately.

- The candidate should be able to take off quantities, source and control materials, track payments, ensure specifications are met and generally oversee projects to a very high standard of finish.

-  This person should also possess first class communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 

Qualifications: 

- Authorised Person (Architect), HKIA, RIBA 

Language requirement: 

- English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
