Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager - Architecture - Macau
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with all the design disciplines and their constructions such that all the contractors drawings and produced in time for the programme
- Responsible to set up mechanism to allow the drawings and specifications required by the construction be delivered to the site in time for executive as required by the programme
- Responsible for leading the RRS team to address all design issues, arise during construction stage to produce drawings within a time frame that matches the progress of the project
- Monitor the site inspection activities to ensure that the design intent and quality specified are executed by the contractors
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture or Interior Design with relevant professional memberships. Experienced in preparing and developing management reports
- 15+ years of design, construction, project management experience in equivalent position gained within building contractors or developers; 7+ years of which were taking up as management role on large scale projects
- Familiar with the use of project management software: MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project, etc.
- Strong in management and communications skills
- This position will be stationed in Macao
Applicants with less relevant experience will also be considered as a Project Manager, Architecture. |
