Senior Construction Manager - Macau
Our client a successful international construction company is developing one of the major Hotel / Casino resorts in Macau is currently looking for highly experienced Senior Construction Managers.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor Site work progress and review subcontractors programme.
- Liaise with other consultants and project managers and monitor and evaluate the requirements of the various contractors.
- Arrange and supervise the logistics for material delivery, access control and facilities for the sub contractors.
- Manage and monitor the sub contractors performance.
Job requirements:
- 25 years solid experience in the construction Industry
- At least 15 years on site management
- Previous experience as a site manager / construction manager for a main contractor on large multi – million dollar projects is a must.
- Certificate or higher in construction / building related discipline.
- Stationed in Macau.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Construction Manager Positions.
