Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- To provide overall QS services/advice to projects
- To assist in preparation of contractual agreements & dispute solving
- To prepare sub-contract documents
- To settle final accounts and other contractual claims

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Electrical & Mechanical engineering work
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

Salary: Depends on experience -> 25 - 30K
