Facility Manager

A project management consultant is looking for someone to:
- Manage facilities management and operations service delivery for highly prestigious commercial building
- Plan and monitor the operation and maintenance of building services, systems and equipment
- Head up a team in providing good and efficient services to the clients

Requirements:
- Degree or above in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- At least 8 years' relevant working experience with leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Strong inter-personal skills, problem solving, customer focused, and supervisory skills
- Proficient in PC application
- Must have experience of managing a team of 30 facility personnel
- Experience of event organization and management
