Account Manager

A project management consultant is looking for someone to:
- Oversee the overall Project Management and Facility Management operations of a highly prestigious landmark building
- Have service orientated ‘5 Star hotel-type’ management approach
- Manage contacts with key internal clients building users
- Work closely with other divisions to formulate value propositions in response to the customer and prospect requirements

Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 7 years' proven working experience preferably in Commercial Banking, management and consultancy services
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Strong inter-personal skills, problem solving, service oriented, and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of event organization and management
