Facilities Manager – Total solutions provider for critical environments and IT infrastructure from consultant services, design, implementation, project / system management and support services 

A well-established consulting firm is looking for someone to manage the facilities of their clients. 

Responsibility: 

-       Responsible for providing excellent facilities management services to their clients

-  Manage various facilities including E&M system, Access Control, BMS & CCTV system

- Manage contractors for renovation & alternation 

Essential skills/experience: 

- Strong communication skills and good team player

- Strong problem solving skills and customer-oriented.

-  8 years or above experience in MVAC, BMS & Control System installation / maintenance 

Qualifications: 

- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related subjects 

Language requirement: 

- English, Cantonese & Mandarin
