Move Administrator (Integrated Facilities Management) – leading global investment bank Objective: - To facilitate office workplace planning in accordance with client’s instruction - To coordinate minor churn move and restacking project - To ensure the successful administration of the Churn Move database (dbMoves) to facilitate the occupation cost allocation of Business Units and reconciliation to CAD drawings, working closely with the Space Administrator Responsibilities: - To prepare CAD drawings in order to facilitate office workplace planning - To maintain regular updates on layout plan and seating plan - To coordinate minor churn move and restacking project - Assist the Global Space Management team to rollout the new process within their region, communicating locally to the Business Units and populating the database. - Answer / respond to Client & CRES queries regarding the moves system and related issues. - To assist/train BU requestors to populate new move requests. - To set up user profiles in the system. - To produce monthly Moves MIS from dbMoves. - To assist the MAC team with weekly move request reports. Essential skills/experience: - Advance AutoCAD practitioner, especially familiar with the office workplace environment - Good understanding of the Moves & Changes process and the key stakeholders. - Strong database & spreadsheet skills are preferred – intermediate knowledge (not basic) of Excel & good knowledge of MS Access preferred so as to understand how the database is structured and be able to generate ad-hoc queries for reports. - Must have excellent administration and communication skills. - Good client / customer telephone skills. - Must be pro-active, energetic and able to work to deadlines without direct supervision. - Must be logical, pragmatic, analytical, process driven with good problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task. - Good understanding of the business unit structure essential i.e. cost center and UBR hierarchy together with local operational dynamics. - Proven experience of Workplace Space modeling. - 1-3 years of related experience as a space planner/interior designer. - Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required - Knowledge in site co-ordination Qualifications: - Diploma / Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building Surveying or relevant disciplines.
