Store Project Planner - Luxury Brand name - based in HK + travel  

Responsibilities: 

- Assist in project planning in the Asia-Pacific region 
- Coordinate all the activities related to the opening, renewal and maintenance of stores, including structures, technical systems and furniture as well as dealing with landlords, suppliers and contractors 
 
Requirements:

 
- Diploma holder or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design or related field 
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of interior design, construction or fitting-out project management 
- Competent in monitoring renovation budgets and liaison with regional office on design details 
-Independent, strong coordination and interpersonal skills 
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD and Photoshop 
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

- Willing to travel overseas as necessary
