Building Project Programmers – leading international consultancy

Looking to expand their resource for live and proposed project programming, which is in addition to their established team of forensic delay analysts.

The programmers work in support of the project managers who manage commercial projects generally on behalf of the building owners. This means that the programming is multi-disciplinary to incorporate design, procurement and building schedules from others into master programmes that are used to set and track overall project progress. In addition they support the investment team in vetting proposed or new programmes to ensure that investors are informed of the time-related efficiency of their proposed projects.

The work is carried out throughout the East-Asia region, including China and from our Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore offices.

Experience/skills:

-       Knowledge and experience of commercial projects such as residential and office high-rise buildings and associated infrastructure that includes building, design and procurement.
-       Good hands-on experience with project programming software.
-       Capable of managing a small team and delivering to Managers in various locations.

Qualifications:

-       To complement their experience they may have a degree in Building and professional membership such as CIOB.
