Senior Regional Project Manager (Corporate Real Estate) – leading financial institution

Corporate Real Estate requires a Project Manager to work within the Design and Construction department. The successful applicant will report directly to the Departmental Regional Head of Design and Construction for the delivery of projects throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

-       Operating across 15 Countries with a total portfolio of approximately 3 million square feet the successful applicant will oversee all critical milestones from interfacing with business groups on design requirements , developing budgets and consulting on architectural standards through to negotiating contracts, liaising with vendors and ensuring successful commissioning and hand-over of all projects.

Essential skills/experience:

-       To be suitable for this role the applicant should be qualified in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Engineering with significant project management experience gained in design and construction.
-       Whether the skill set has been obtained working for another financial services group, outsourced provider or an in-house property or engineering firm it is critical that the person possesses first class communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-       The ability to multi task and lead multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
-       A broad understanding of critical systems infrastructure and construction industry practices is essential.

Preferred skills/experience:

-       To be fully conversant in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.

Qualifications:

-       Qualification within the Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering or Surveying sectors

Language requirement:

-       English
