Director – Industrial Department (Real Estate) based in Shanghai – leading real estate service provider

Responsibilities:

-       Take principal responsibility for the profitability of the Industrial Department; 
-       Drive sales and leasing by providing industrial property information and introducing listings to existing and new clients;
-       Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors;
-       Create and generate property listings;
-       Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions; and
-       Provide high quality pre-sale and post sale services to clients; and
-       Proactively lead land search initiatives.
-       Training and managing all team members.

Experience/skills:

-       Candidates with experience working for a property developer preferred; 
-       Possess a strong understanding and interest in China real estate markets;
-       Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and
-       Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
-       Out-going personality and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

-       Degree holder with at least five years working experience in property sales and leasing; 

Language requirement:

-       Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
