Once relevant candidates have been short listed, the following procedure is completed:
▪ Candidates are interviewed and matched specifically to the clients requirements.
▪ Information relating to technical ability, qualifications, work experience and type of projects completed, will be outlined in a detailed resume.
▪ Resumes will be faxed / emailed immediately to the client and interviews arranged for suitable candidates.
▪ Relevant Degree / Diploma certificates and reference letters are available on request.
▪ Reference checking
▪ Salary package negotiation
